ARTS NGO is dedicated to empowering vulnerable tribal communities by ensuring access to crucial rights and entitlements. Through targeted campaigns, training, and community efforts, the organization has significantly improved the living standards of these marginalized groups.

DKD

The Direct Known Device (DKD) right ensures stakeholders have direct access to benefits. ARTS has tackled DKD issues through schemes and interventions utilizing governmental and non-governmental resources.

ROF1

The Right of First Refusal (RoFR) is crucial for protecting vulnerable tribes. ARTS prioritizes their needs, allowing these communities to access benefits and resources first. Notably, RoFR land surveys have updated records for 1,560 acres, benefiting 362 families.

PISA Act

The Public Information and Services Act (PISA) emphasizes the need for transparency and access to public resources. ARTS have enhanced awareness and participation among vulnerable tribal families.

Entitlements

Entitlements refer to the benefits and services that individuals or communities automatically qualify for under various rights and acts. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Access to Clean Water: Guaranteed availability and access to safe and clean water resources.
  • Agricultural Support: Provision of tools, seeds, and training for sustainable farming practices.
  • Educational Opportunities: Access to educational resources and institutions to promote learning and development.
  • Healthcare Services: Availability of essential medical services and healthcare facilities.
  • Economic Assistance: Support in the form of grants, loans, or subsidies to boost economic growth and stability.
